Trying to Learn Administration

I am currently an Windows 2000 Network Administrator and have talked to people in our development area about switching to Linux (Redhat 7.0) to supplant our need for UNIX and Windows CPU’s. I ma not much of an administrator in Linux, however I need some resource that can get me started. Any advice or suggestions? Thanks
