two internet connections

We have a computer connected to an internal network that runs legacy software over a browser interface, everything works fine except one program as the connection to head office is so slow, this program can be accessed via the internet throgh a second network card connectedto our email router. Unfortunately we have to disable the primary network card each time we wish to use it. How can we access a specific url via IE 6 and the second card ?
