Two Public Folders hierarchies?

Exchange 5.5 on NT4, Outlook 98.

Strange things are happening with one user. She has two Public Folder hierarchies. This is causing some confusing problems with a team Contacts folder she shares with others. How did she get two PF hierarchies, and how do we fix it? No one else has this problem.
