UFS/VFS in Windows NT/2000?

Is it possible to write to a UFS/VFS partition using Windows NT4/Windows 2000 (Specifically on an external subsystem running an isolated RAID pack) and then mount that partition on a Solaris machine (by plugging the subsystem into the Sun box preferably)?
