Unable to Copy large Text Files for pasting the data in Excel 2007

Hi There!

I’m unable to copy large Text Files for pasting the data in Excel 2007.

I’m required to handle large amount of data & get the data from Text files.

I’m not able to copy data more than 30000 rows from Notepad to Excel 2007.

But if I open the Txt file in Excel & then copy paste the same data I’m able to do the Same!

I’m using Windows XP Prof. with 1GB RAM, 4 partioned Hard Disk of 18.6 GB each with Total Free Space of 15.24 GB(3.44 GB, 3.21 GB, 4.15 GB, 4.44 GB on respecting drives C: to F:), Virtual Memory 1674 MB Total, 1054 MB Free,
PageFile Size – 756 MB, In use -100 MB, Max used-118 MB.

Pls guide me how to resolve this issue! As I was able to copy paste upto 70000+ rows from Notepad to Excel 2007.
