Unable to create new user account or reset password of existing user in AD

When i create new user in active directory, after pressing finish button following error display:

window cannot set the password for kiran(username)because window cannot find the network path,verify that the network path is correct and the destination computer is not busy or turned off,if window still cannot find the network path contact your network administrator.

Please provide it’s proper solution ASAP.
