Unable to delete folders

I’m the administrator and I’m unable to delete a folder. Message: Cannot remove folder zzz:There has been a sharing violation. The source or destination file maybe in use. The folder were copy from another location for a users which decide to deletethe files into this folders.What do I need to do to delete this empty folders??
