Unable to print HTML emails

I have a user who is unable to print HTML emails from Outlook 2003 on a XP Pro machine. Both rich text and plain text print fine.

I am aware that Outlook uses the print functions from IE to print HTML emails, however the user is able to print from IE fine. The version of IE, though, is 6.

I have tried a detect & repair with no effect. There are no errors. The job doesn’t even spool to the printer.

I tried to register a few DLLs suggested by MS, but that had no effect either. Any further suggestions would be great.
