Unable to repy to or forward some e-mails

When i try to reply or forward some e-mails nothing happens nothing at all, the screen just stays the same doesn’t lock up or anything.
it doesn’t matter how many the original message it sent to or cc to, it just doesn’t do anything.
I’m using outlook 2007 anyone with any ideas???
