unable to run configure script

I am running Squid proxy server in my org.
I want to block users by their MAC ADDRESSES for which i get an script but i m unable to run this script i get error messae.
Script is
# ./configure –enable-arp-acl …

I get the following message

-bash: ./configure: No such file or directory

help me to solve this issue.
