Unattended change of password

Hi, during my unattended NT 4 (standalone) workstation setup I select oemblankadminpassword.
How can I change that to another password.
The thing is, it are remote sites (shops), only connected once a day with the network.
I need a way to change the password from blank to something else automatic, without having to ask the shopmanager to do it, that will give away the password.
