unblock sender

I have researched outlook express and can not find it anywhere, but I accidentally blocked a coworker, when I was blocking a lot of stupid and unwanted emails. Now I have no way of unblocking my coworker’s email address. You would think that there would be an unblock sender tab, but there is not. Please help.
