Unicenter 3.0 NSM

We are going with Unicenter for our network management needs. What i am really curious to hear is on what kind of boxes are you running Unicenter 3.0 on? I spec’ed out a dual 1.4 with 2 gigs of memory for 40 switches, 2 cores, 2 routers, and 50 servers. What do you guys think?
