Unions do not restrict freedom,but unions release freedom. Unions allow the individual to express their opions without restrictions. The worker who’s performance is down below standard or does’t show up for work on time are not always protected bythe unions. For the progammers and managers the union may not be helpful, but for the person working on the assembly line for the high tech industry, a union can be beneficial.
