Unique PBX and call center solution

I am an Systems/ Network admin. i have been wishing to setup a PBX setup in the company, but unable to locate any reliable PBX solution provider. Can anyone help me with finding any suitable alternative to existing PBX and call center setup providing company. kindly suggest for 50 persons team company.
