Universal Imaging Utility (UIU) & Sysprep: do I need to run Sysprep?

I work for a large university dept. and I’ve been given the responsibility for creating a new master Win/XP image to be deployed to 150 or so machines. I have used Acronis in the past to image single laptops, but this is a much larger project and I’ll be using UIU from Big Bang, LLC.

My primary question is this: when rolling out the UIU image to the workstations, should I run Sysprep as a part of the cloning process? Should I run newsid instead? Or neither?
