Unix App printing to Win2k shop client

We are a dealer with 6 Win2k servers and 60 Win2k clients. We log into a Unix web app over a VPN to do warranty work and order truck chassis. The clients need to print out orders from the unix web app. One of our win2k servers act as a print server.What is the best way to allow our clients to print from the unix web app to a network printer on our Win2k network.
