Unregognized 30Gg Drive in Win98

I formated a 30Gg drive using FDISK and specified “Fat32” one partition of 30Gg (I know, bad idea) during formating. I installed Win98 and tons of software but just realized that Win98 only sees a 4Gg drive instead of 30Gg. I went into MSDOS mode and using the “DIR” command, it shows me that I have close to 27Gg of free space but in Windows mode it shows me only 1.5Gg of free space… It took me over 8 hours to reconfigure this machine, anyone have any clue how to make Windows see the rest of the drive w/o me starting from scratch?
