Update table in BE database

Hi,

Hope that somebody can help me.
Have split my database into BE and FE. Users now want an extra field in a table.
Inserted this field in the table in the BE and refreshed the link between the BE and FE, but the extra field doesn’t appear. Does somebody know how to do this?
