Updating drivers – “Via ethernet”

Hi all.

I am having trouble updating drivers. When searching the net all I get is “driver update” commercial software even fron company’s driver update site. I am concerned that i have to buy a 3rd party program & give access to my PC so that they can update my drivers.

I am trying to update this –
“VIA Rhine III Fast Ethernet Adapter”.

Can someone point me in the right direction? I have sent a compalint thru webform to VIA re-sending me to “Driver Update.com”.
