Updating multiple apps simultaneously

Is there a way to update multiple iOS and Android apps simultaneously?
For example: We build mobiles apps for Martial Arts studios each are virtually the same except for each individual studios branding and location services and of course the data relevant to their studio. If we want to push out updates we’ll have to update each individually. Is there a more efficient method?
