Upgrade Advantage vs Software Assurance

I need help cutting through the HYPE! I don’t want Microsoft’s spin on the issue. The software vendors are towing the same line.

Does anyone have some good advice? We have NT 4 workstations and Windows 2000 Server without UPGRADE ADVANTAGE OR SOFTWARE ASSURANCE…..
