Upgrade AIX 4.3.1 to 4.3.3 on an RS6000

I have a risc6000 server and I’m going to be upgrading the operating system which is IBM/AIX 4.3.1 to 4.3.3… Is there anything I should be aware of ? Any problems? And, I assume this will upgrade the CDE as well??
