Upgrade Windows 4 Server to 2000 Server

We have a Windows 4.0 network comprised of 9 Windows NT 4.0 Servers. All have SP6 on them. We will be adding 2 new servers and installing Windows 2000 Server on them. We would like one of them to be the PDC. Does anyone know of a good information site where I could get some information of the pitfalls and benefits of doing this? We don’t want to upgrade all servers immediately due to time and cost restraints. I am mainly interested in what order to install (ie do I install the win2k server as pdc, or change after).
