Uploading pics via htttp

I created an Active Server Pages application so that someone who doesn’t know html can update their site themselves via online forms…….i’m having trouble creating the application so that they can upload pictures onto the web server……anyone have any suggestions?? we run IIS 4.0 and we have a SQL Server 7.0 database…..
