UPS – Desktop shutdown when powerloss occurs

Hi

I am in search of software allowing a desktop pc to shutdown once the power goes off, the UPS carries it for some time, but if this happens at night there is no one in the shop to shutdown the pc softly.

Any ideas or UPS brand names will be much appreciated.
