USA – Point of Sale – ERP for inventory and accounting

Hi,

Any help is greatly appreciated on this subject. My company has won a contract for some of the Copa America competition this summer. We will be providing a POS in the Fan Zones.

Please, can anyone recommend a good, solid temporary ERP system that we can use in the USA to capture inventory and accounting from the POS sales of food and drink.
