USB Driver detection On Windows Embedded CE 6.0

I am having a little problem with getting a finger print reader to work on a WS4 LX which has been loaded with Windows Embedded CE 6.0. The finger print reader is USB. Name is U.are.U 4000B Reader. This is Micros equipment and windows does not want to pick up the reader for some reason. Can someone please help with this problem.
