USB drivers now working. No keyboard/mouse. Help please!

SP3 was uninstalled from a system and now the USB drivers will not work and not allow the use of the USB mouse/keyboard.

Possible solutions I have thought of:

1. PCI USB controller, don’t have one would have to buy it.

2. Use a preinstalled environment and somehow move the drivers over to windows. However, I do not know how to do this, and can’t find any instructions.

A full reinstall is really not a good option in this situation.
