USB flash drive for OS installation

If I have 3 copies of Windows 7 that I want to install on 3 separate computers, can I configure one USB flash drive to install on all 3 using the 3 separate product keys from the 3 Windows 7 disks or do I have to take the time to configure 3 separate USB lash drives, one for each computer?
