Usb Hard disk could not be detected

I purchased moeserbaer external hard disk. I fixed it to my USB port but it didnot detect then I tested with adifferent computer it detected. I changed the hard disk and brought other company hard disk the same thing was also there too but it detected Transcend Hard disk. Both the computers have Xp Sp 2. I formated my computer reinstalled also but it is not working it asks for driver from where I can get it? Please email me at h_k_dubey@yahoo.co.in .
