USB Printer on Domain Workstation win 2k3

It is easy enough to connect users of workstations on a w2k3 domain to a USB printer on another workstation but it seems that you have to connect each user of the workstation to the printer. How do you make the printer available to all users of the workstation like you would say a local TCP connected printer?
