Use C# to make an installer for Excel/VBA tool

Hi,

I have made an Excel/VBA tool and like I like to make a professional installer for it using C# (Visual Studio 2005 express edition). Is this possible, and if yes, how should I do this.

Furthermore, is it also possible to make a license key or trial version of my tool using C#?
