use “net use” from domain user

I have an old dos program running on w2k server that print on lpt3 with terminal services the user connect from outside, to make this work I automatically map the client local printer using the net use command to lpt3 using a script, all work fine but only if the user is an administrator.
How can I give this command also to a domain user? there is a snap-in for this
