Use Switchboard without opening Access

Hi. I am working on a switchboard that may not really require the user to need MS Access to be open… Is there anyway to jus open the switchboard without access opening? Or even is there is way to turn an existing switchboard into an .exe? I just need the switchboard to be open and not Microsoft Access…
