user password access DUN and no other way.

Please help, I have a windows 2000 pro pc. the pc connects through a dial up connection. multiple people use the computer. we need username and password access the DUN connection, and there must be no other way for them to dial the connection. I found a program called DUN Shield through goole. The only problem is you can’t download it as the owner has not paid for the domain and has been suspended.

any help would be appreciated.
