User Profile enviournment changes

Hi
i have my system installed with Windows XP SP3 and was running gud but problem arises when i installed VMWare Workstation on it and when i rebooted my system i got and error popped up saying “windows Cannot load the user`s profile but has logged you on default profile for the system……DETAILS: insufficient system resource exits to complete the requested service.”
althought it has logged me in my own profile as it is not member of any domain controller.
Thing which got changed is Color patteren and all profile got disturbed.

Can anyone please help me out of it….
