user to admin ratio

Is there a basic user to Administrator ratio that
I can use to determine if there should be more available support in my facility . I am at approx.
120 pc’s, 40 printers 6 servers with tape libraries and mass storage . I maintain complete
supportfor the entire engineering facility .
I know that this is a vague question but where are other 100+ sattelite companies at ?
