Users Can’t log into OWA

I have a group of user that did not change their passwords for accessing OWA. Upon expiration, the users could no longer get into OWA. I have tried reseting there passwords, but they still can’t get in. They are using IE 5.x, I have SP3 install on my Exchange 5.5 server. Any Ideas?
