Using nat on windows 2000

I do want to use nat. I have a win98 connected through a hub to a win2000.
I’m trying to use nat to have the win98 get the internet through the win2000. I thought I set up nat correctly.But i do seem to be having problems using a static route not sure what to put in there.I’m using a free isp..bluelight where the ip address is different everytime. Is there a solution to this or I’m I doing this wrong.Also how would I setup the win98 to use the internet on the win2000. Thank’s in advance
