Using NetMeeting behind a Firewall

I was wondering if anyone has successful found a resolution to connecting to remote clients via NetMeeting.

We recently installed a Linksys Router (RV082). And , of course, as many of you know, we are now having problems with clients attempting to contact us. Not everyone has this problem, but roughly 20% are now unable to connect.

Before, we were using static IP’s through switches to get to the internet. Due to security concerns, we decided to go the Router route.

We have found a program called “GateKeeper” that allows most clients to connect. I was wondering if there were any other viable solutions out there?
