VBA to use iexplore

Hello,

I want to write a VB script in Excel to open Internet Explorer, go to a webpage, select all of the info on that page and copy it, then go back to Excel and paste into a workbook.

I have some experience using VBA in Excel to open and run Access, but I am having a real challenge with this simple task. Any direction would be appreciated.
