VBS.LoveLetter.C(1)

I just got infected with the virus VBS.LoveLetter.C(1), and I quarantine all the files that got infected with Norton. My question is, is there a way I can restore my infected files or I am dead meat? I heard something that mp3 file can get restoredbut not the others is there some truth to this?
