Veritas backup exec 9.1

I am attempting to do a excel spreadsheet of what is on each backuptape.
After doing a catalogue, going into the restore tab, i have a list under Media/ Media created.. of all the folders on that tape.
My question is how do i copy the names of each folder under media created? i can highlight them all but cant copy the list.
I can click on each folder individually, properies and copy the folder name from there , but each tape has 20–30 folders and ive got +100 tapes.
