Veritas BackupExec V 9.0

Has anyone install this product? If so did you up grade from a earlier version on veritas? Which version? Have you looked at any of the new options in V9? I saw they had an Inteligent Disaster Recoveroy option. It sounds great on paper but doesit really work like that? If you have that option I would like to know more. Thanks
