Video problem or Mobo problem?

by j_steib . Updated 18 years, 4 months ago

I have just bought several new items to greatly improve my PC gaming, but having put them all in, my computer will bnot start up.

All the LEDs light up, all the fans start up and the CD drives both appear to be working fine, but thats it. If I could get the BIOS to load up but then I would have somewhere to start but the monitor stays on standby.

The new components are all compatible – i will list them here

*ASUS M3A AMD 770 Socket AM2+ 8 channel audio ATX Motherboard
*Kingston 2GB (2x1GB Kit) DDR2 533MHz/PC2-4200 Non-ECC CL4
*Gecube HD 3850 Pro 512MB GDDR3 Overclocked Edition Dual DVI PCI-E Graphics Card
*AMD Phenom 9500 Quad Core 95watts AM2+ 4MB Cache 2200MHz Processor
*Arctic Power 700W PSU – With PCI-E, SATA, 20+4, ATX12V, 8pin +12V Connectors
*350GB Sata Harddrive (cant remember make)

Any ideas on what the issue could be or how I can fix it??
