Videos in Apps

Hi,

I took all video out of my Google Play apps a few years ago to be sure I did not break any GP or AdMob Policies.

Is it safe to include videos in Google Play mobile apps now?

Does it make a difference if it’s Youtube, Vimeo or hosted on my own server?

To be clear, only videos that I have the right to show would be used and only sparingly within the app.

I’d appreciate your thoughts.
