Viewing Attachements from E-mail

We have 32 computers in my office. When opening e-mail attachments, 2 of these computers always minimize the attachment to the taskbar when the choice of “open” is selected. Every other computer opens them normally. What am I missing? I can’t seem to find how to correct this. All computers are Compaq and running netscape.
