Viewing Emails in SBS Microsoft Exchange

Hi
I’ve just started using Exchange on SBS and have the emails coming in through Popcon.

The emails are then delivered to the exchange mailboxes for each user.

Is there any way I can look at an email without having to load the users full mailbox on my machine?
i.e. If the manager is out of the office, can I obtain a copy of an email if need be?
