Viewing Temporary Internet Files on a Remote Computer

Good afternoon,

I need to review the contents of the Temporary Internet Files folder on another user’s Windows XP SP2 with IE 7 computer. Would anyone be able to point me in the direction of a utility that will allow me to see where the user has been surfing without directly logging onto their computer?
